About Myanmar Calendar
Myanmar Calendar (မြန်မာပြက္ခဒိန်) is a free lunisolar calendar for people who need both the traditional Burmese date and the Western date on the same screen.
It covers more than 1,500 years, from 640 CE to 2140 CE, and converts between Myanmar Era (ကောဇာသက္ကရာဇ်), Sasana Year (Buddhist Era), and British, Gregorian or Julian civil dates. Months follow the moon. Years follow the sidereal solar year, with leap months or leap days so festivals stay in season.
The calendar is used for sabbath days (ဥပုသ်နေ့), Thingyan, Thadingyut, Tazaungdaing, public holidays, and everyday checks such as Yatyaza, Pyathada, Mahabote and Nakhat.

Languages and calendar types
Choose English, Myanmar (Unicode), Zawgyi, Mon, Shan or S’gaw Karen. Civil conversion can follow British, Gregorian or Julian rules so historical dates stay consistent with the system you need.
Acknowledgements
This project builds on published Myanmar calendar algorithms, Thingyan solar-transition research, and language work by open-source contributors, linguists and researchers. Lunar full-moon holidays can move by a day after the Myanmar Calendar Advisory Board announcement; treat gazetted dates as official when they differ.
